Definitely will use again; had to get new tires for my car and because it was unique size they ordered and installed promptly; then because of lots of mileage it was time to get 2 more new tires to again replace the older ones -- same great service. They treated me professionally and really went to extra mile. I highly recommend
Took my vehicle here to get ac fixed. This was the second place I took it to and they told me I should do a recharge 218 bucks. I was hesitant, so I left, and came back a few minutes later. The guy told me that before they could tell why it won't work it needed the recharge first. After charging the a.c. system, I was told the compressor was bad and needed to be replaced, an additional $800. So I paid $200 for the a.c. not to work!
Also as a female consumer, you always worry if you are being given correct advice for your car but after each service, they are spot on with their diagnostics
I don't ever write a review, but I had to this time. These guys at Safe Trip Auto is Heaven Sent. Not only do they do good work the value of their work deserve more than 5 stars. My Husband and myself have taken all our cars to them from brakes, to oil changes to replacing coils in our daughters car and every time its done correctly and the wait is reasonable. Mark & Marky are the go to guys and can get it done without breaking the bank; if you need good quality work go see them and their Great techs. I'm so grateful to have finally found a place to do minor work on my cars without trying to run game. Thanks Guys for the great professionalism!
Being new to the area, I always hate having to find a car service shop to take our cars into. I came across this place. So far, I have taken my car in twice here and have had great experience with the service they provide. Very helpful and professional.

Update: I receieved a call from the owner of Safe Trip Auto after he read my review. He was truly concerned about my experience and felt really bad about the poor service that I received. I looked in the mail today and found a FULL refund for the service I paid for. Nothing says customer focused and loyalty like an owner taking time from their schedule to call 1 disappointed customer. I am very grateful for the refund and I appreciate that he recognized that what was done was not fair.
